A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE OF TRACT NO. 17 OF THE NORTH OHIO OVERPASS
PROJECT NO. 00-1248, AND A FARM LEASE, WITH EASTRIDGE DEVELOPMENT, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Eastridge Development, Inc. for the sale of Tract No. 17 of the North Ohio Overpass Project No.
00-1248, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement for a purchase price of $442,000.
Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a farm lease with
Eastridge Development, Inc. for a portion of Tract No. 17 on the basis of either a 40-60 crop share
rental or a comparable negotiated cash rent.
Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
