AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT
IN Block 9, MAYFAIR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That a certain utility easement shown on the recorded plat
of Mayfair Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of Lot 9, Block 9,
Mayfair Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas that is 7.00 feet southeast of the southwest
corner of said Lot 9; thence northeasterly along a line
parallel to the west line of said Lot 9 a distance of
58.50 feet; thence west along a line parallel to the
north line of said Lot 9 a distance of 9.59 feet; thence
northwesterly along a line parallel to the east line of
Lot 10, said Block 9, a distance of 8.50 feet; thence
southwesterly along a line parallel to the east line of
said Lot 10 a distance of 56.77 feet to the south line of
said Lot 10; thence southeasterly along the south line of
said Lot 10 and said Lot 9 a distance of 14.00 feet, to
the point of beginning
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
