AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
A CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT IN VALLEY VIEW ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of a certain utility easement shown on the
recorded plat of Valley View Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, lying along the west property line of Lot 9, Block 3, be and the same
is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
