AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF .A PORTION OF
A CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT IN PLATTEN SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of a certain utility easement shown on the
recorded plat of Platten Subdivision of the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, described as follows:
A tract of land in Lot 4, Block 1 , Platten Subdivision of the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at
a point that is 20 feet
west and 8
feet
north of the
southeast corner of said
Lot 4;
Thence west
parallel with the south
line of said
Lot 4
a distance of
26 feet;
Thence north
parallel with the east
line of said
Lot 4
a distance of
12 feet;
Thence east parallel with the south
line of said
Lot 4
a distance of
26 feet;
Thence south
parallel with the east
line of said
Lot 4
a distance of
12 feet to the point of
beginning.
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
