RESOLUTION NUMBER 96-4986
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE LEASE
AGREEMENTS WITH JIM SHIRACK FOR THE OPERATION OF BATTING CAGES
AT BILL BURKE PARK AND EAST CRAWFORD RECREATION AREA.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute lease
agreements with Jim Shirack for the operation of batting cages at Bill Burke
Park and East Crawford Recreation Area.
Section 2. That the initial term of this lease shall be five years
commencing March 1, 1996 and ending midnight February 28, 2001. It shall be
renewable according to the terms in section 3 of the lease agreement.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 26th day of February, 1996.
