AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION
OF ELEVENTH STREET, A PUBLIC STREET IN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE
COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of Eleventh Street, a public street in the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
The East ten feet (10') of Eleventh Street in the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from the
north line of North Street to the south line of
Lincoln Street
be and the same is hereby vacated; provided, however, the City reserves the
right to construct, repair and maintain sewer lines, water lines, electric
lines, telegraph lines, gas lines and other utility lines in said street.
Section 2. That the above named portion of Eleventh Street, which is
vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in
accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
