AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CERTAIN STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY ON FAIRDALE ROAD IN EASTRIDGE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of street right-of-way in the City of
Salina, Saline bounty, Kansas, described as follows:
Tract Number 1. A tract of land in the Eastridge
dition tote City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 9, Block 1,
said Eastridge Addition; thence west along the south
line of said Lot 9 a distance of 101.75 feet to the
point of beginning; thence northwesterly along the
south line of said Lot 9 a distance of 62.98 feet
to the southwest corner of said Lot 9 and the
southeast corner of Lot 8, said Block 1; thence
southwesterly along the south line of said Lot 8
a distance of 94.92 feet to a point that is 71.39
feet east of the southwest corner of said Lot 8;
thence east a distance of 126.49 feet, more or
less to the point of beginning.
Tract Number 2. A tract of land in the Eastridge
Addition tote City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 3,
said Eastridge Addition; thence west along the north
line of said Lot 4 a distance of 6.75 feet; thence
southwesterly and northwesterly along the north line
of said Lot 4 a distance of 157.90 feet to a point
that is 6.75 feet east of the northwest corner of
said Lot 4; thence east a distance of 126.49 feet,
more or less,to the point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described street right-of-way, which is
vacated by this s ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in
accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its�ion and publication once in the official city newspaper.
