AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING LAND TO THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS,
IN CONFORMITY WITH K.S.A. 12-520(b).
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the following described land, to wit:
A tract of land in Section Ten (10), Township Fourteen (14)
South, Range Three (3) West of the 6th Principal Meridian in
Saline County, Kansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point two thousand two hundred twenty
(2,220) feet west if the southeast corner of the Southeast
Quarter (SE4) of Section Ten (10); thence north parallel
with the east line of said Southeast Quarter (SES) a
distance of six hundred thirty-eight and five tenths
(638.5) feet; thence west to the west line of said
Southeast Quarter (SE*); thence south along the west
line of said Southeast Quarter (SEJ) to the southwest
corner of said Southeast Quarter (SEJ); thence east
a distance of four hundred forty-one and eight tenths
(441.8) feet to the point of beginning.
Said tract contains 6.5 acres, more or less.

12-520 is hereby annexed and made a part of the City of Salina.
Section 2. That all property described in Section 1 hereof shall be
classed as lying in 1-2, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
Section 3. That the following described land, to wit:
All of Section Seven (7), Township Fifteen (15) South,
Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in
Saline County, Kansas.
meeting one or more of the classifications for annexation prescribed by K.S.A.
12-520 is hereby annexed and made a part of the City of Salina.
Section 4. That all property described in Section 3 hereof shall be
classed as lying in A-1, AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT.
Section 5. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication in the official city newspaper.
