85-9103 Annexation(Published in The Salina Journal November 1985) ORDINANCE NUMBER 85-9103 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 12-519 to 12-526, INCLUSIVE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the following described land, to -wit: The Northeast Quarter (NE4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section One (1), Township Fifteen (15) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of said Section One (1); Thence S001912011E a distance of One thousand three hundred sixteen and four hundredths (1316.04) feet to the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE -41) of said Northwest Quarter ( NW4 ) ; Thence S8905214511W a distance of One thousand three hundred seventeen and nineteen hundredths (1317.19) feet to the southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE -41) of said Northwest Quarter (NW4); Thence N012013711W a distance of One thousand three hundred twelve and eighty-seven hundredths feet (1312.87) feet to the northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of said Northwest Quarter (NW4); Thence N8904412911E a distance of One thousand three hundred seventeen and sixty-seven hundredths (1317.67) feet back to the point of beginning. Said tract contains 39.754 acres, more or less. meeting one or more of the classifications for annexation prescribed by K.S.A. 12-519 to 12-526, inclusive, is hereby annexed and made a part of the City of Salina, Kansas. Section 2. That all property described in Section 1 hereof shall be classed as lying in District "RS", SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL SUBURBAN DISTRICT. Section 3.
