ORDINANCE NUMBER 85-9096
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF YMCA DRIVE IN
WESTBEND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That YMCA DRIVE in Westbend Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from the south right-of-way line of Westchester
Drive to the west right-of-way line of Westbend Avenue, be and it is hereby
vacated.
Section 2. That the above described street, which is vacated by this
ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with
K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That
no building
permits
be issued
separately on Lots
Eight (8) through Thirteen
(13), Block
One (1),
Westbend
Addition to the City
of Salina, Kansas. Building
permits can
only be
issued on
the above described
lots if, by combination with other lots in said Block One (1) , a minimum lot
frontage of sixty (60) feet is provided for access to an approved public street.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
