85-9084 Levy Assessmentsro (Published in The Salina Journal August 19, 1985) ORDINANCE NUMBER 85-9084 AN ORDINANCE LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST CERTAIN LOTS AND PIECES OF PROPERTY TO PAY THE COST OF CUTTING WEEDS ON CERTAIN LOTS AND PARTS OF LOTS AND THE PARKWAYS ABUTTING THEREON IN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1.
