ORDINANCE NUMBER 85-9084
AN ORDINANCE LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST CERTAIN
LOTS AND PIECES OF PROPERTY TO PAY THE COST OF CUTTING WEEDS ON
CERTAIN LOTS AND PARTS OF LOTS AND THE PARKWAYS ABUTTING
THEREON IN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby levied and assessed
against
each of the lots and parts of
lots hereinafter described, pursuant to
the
provisions of Section 24-9 of the Salina Code, a special tax or assessment
for
the
purpose
of paying the cost of cutting
weeds on certain lots and parts of
lots
and
on the
parkways in front of the same
or abutting thereon, from August
1,
1984
to June
30, 1985, said weeds having
been cut as provided for by law,
and
the
various
amounts set forth opposite the following described lots and parts
of lots,
