ORDINANCE NUMBER 85-9082
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF AN UNUSED
PORTION OF GRAND BOULEVARD IN BLOCK 10, CHICAGO ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That an unused portion of Grand Boulevard, from the
center line of Dry Creek to a point 15 feet east of the southwest corner of Lot
6, Block 10, Chicago Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be
and the same is hereby vacated; provided however that the City reserves the
right to construct, repair and maintain utility lines in said street.
Section 2. That the above named portion of Grand Boulevard, which
is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners on
accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
