ORDINANCE NUMBER 85-9071
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT
630 EAST IRON AVENUE FOR HERITAGE CONSERVATION (HC) LANDMARK
DESIGNATION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the structure located on the following described real
estate, to wit:
West One Hundred Thirty feet (1301) of Lot 4, Block 6,
Oakdale Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas
(commonly known as 630 East Iron Avenue)
be and the same is hereby designated as a Heritage Conservation (HC) Landmark.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
