AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE STANDARD TRAFFIC
OFDINANCE FOR KANSAS CITIES AS PREPARED AND PUBLISHED BY THE
LEAGUE OF KANSAS MUNICIPALITIES, EDITION OF 1985; AMENDING
SECTION 38-1 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING
SECTION.
BE 1T ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 38-1 of the Salina Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:

"Section 38-1. Adoption of Standard Traffic Ordinance.
There is hereby incorporated by reference under the
provisions of K.S.A. 12-3009 through 12-3012, and K.S.A.
12-3301 and 12-3302 for the purpose of regulating traffic
in the corporate limits of the city that certain standard
traffic ordinance known as "Standard Traffic Ordinance for
Kansas Cities, Edition of 1985", as prepared and published
in book form by The League of Kansas Municipalities, Topeka,
Kansas. Not less than three copies of such Standard Traffic
Ordinance shall be filed with the City Clerk to be open to
inspection and available to the public at all reasonable
hours."
Section 2. That the existing Section 38-1 of the Salina Code is hereby
