Meeting was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners Morgenstern, Branson, Breon and Ferm and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner Mitchell absent. Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on the following appraisers reports: For constructing Lateral Sanitary Sewer No. 179 located in alley running north and sough a ween en an eventh Streets from Pacific to Harsh Streets; For constructing Lateral Sanitary Sewer No. 180 located in Twelfth Street between Pres�t Avenue and Craw ord Avenue; For constructing Lateral Sanitary Sewer No. 181 located in Mt. Barbara Park Addition; For constructing Lateral Sanitary Sewer No. 182 located in Mt. Barbara Park Addition; For constructing Lateral Sanitary Sewer No. 183 located in Mt.
