Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners February 27, 1939.
fleeting was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called

ris responded. Commissioners Jackson and Ieiitchell absent.
The minutes of the Regular I,eeting of February 20, 1939 were
read and approved as read.

A petition was presented from the Peatling x4otor Oompany asking
permission to erect a shed on the east end of Lot 71 Block 5, Pacific
Addition. On motion of Commissioner r'erm permission was granted by
the Board of Commissioners. I,,otion adopted.

ueorge Livingston asked to have Beer License leo. 6662 issued to
George Livingston and Edith Akins, changed to his name, as he is now the
sole owner of the business. On motion of Commissioner Branson request
was granted by the Board of Commissioners. Notion adopted.
Applications for taxicab drivers license for the year 1939 re-
ceived as follows:

Cor.Lr:issioner Fern moved that applications be approved by the
Board of Commissioners. Iviotion adopted.

On motion of Commissioner Ferm applications were approved by the
Board of Commissioners. ',iotion adopted.
Claim for damages in the amount of :;3200.00 was received from
Earl F'. Dong, Berneta 1�r. lJong and The Security Savings and Loan Associ-
ation. On motion of Commissioner Branson claim was rejected by the
Board of Commissioners. Motion adopted.
