Meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Jackson, the roll was called and Commissioners Jackson, Ferm, Branson and Mitchell and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner Morgenstern absent. Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on the appraisers reports for the curbing and guttering of: CLARK STREET from the north line of Walnut Street to the south 1 line of Marietta Avenue; DELAWARE AVENUE from the south line of Iron Avenue to the center line of Johnstown Avenue; DES MOINES AVENUE from the north line of Ash Street to the south line of Elm Street; i EIGHTH STREET from t he north line of Pacific Avenue to the north line of Harsh Street; JOHNSTOWN AVENUE from the east line of Columbia Avenue to the � east line of Kansas Avenue; KANSAS AVENUE from the south line of Iron Avenue to the north line of Gypsum Avenue; MERRILL STREET from the south line of Crawford.
