Re-ular meeting of the Board of Commissioners November 14,
1933. i=teetinM was called to order by Acting Layer Jackson, the �
roll was called and Commissioners Jackson, Branson, Fera and I-itchell
and City Attorney I'•Iorris responded. Commissioner i=orUenstern absent.
The minutes of the Regular Lieeting of Iovember 7, 1938 were
read and approved as read.
Application was received from Co -Operative Oil Company for
approval of type of building for filling station at northwest corner
of Tenth Street and 3roa(II.way Boulevard (US 31 3 -Pass) .
On mo-
tion of Coi=issioner Fern application )eras approved by the Board of
Corr-ilssioners. I,iotion adopted.
hn ordinanc;e was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making
an appropriation ;'or the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Ferm the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final a doption the roll was called
and the following vote eras had; eyes: Jackson, Branson, Fern and
i-itchell (4) flays: (0 Cormiissioner i-orgenstern absent. Acting
Layer approved the ordinance and it is numbered 49110.
Application for taicab drivers license for the balance of
1938 received from:
James E. Howard
On motion of Commissioner Branson application was approved
by the Board of Commissioners, i.:otion adopted.
On motion of Co?.vnissioner Mitchell the Board of Commissioners
adjourned. j
