P,Ieeting was c alled to order by Acting 1.1ayor Jackson, the roll was called and Commissioners Jackson, Branson, Ferm and I'aitchell and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner 1,Iorgenstern absent. I,`eeting was held for the purpose of acting; on the appraisers reports for the curbing and guttering of: CLARK STREET from the south line of Walnut Street to the north line of Spruce Street; COLULM IA AVENUE from the south line of Iron Avenue to the north line of Gypsum Avenue; FRONT STREET from the north line of Iron Avenue to the south line of Ash Street; SEVENTH STREET from the north line of Pacific Street to the south line of Harsh Street; KIR'.'r'IN AVENUE from the west line of Santa Fe Avenue to the east line of Highland Avenue; and paving ALLEY lying between Santa Fe Avenue and Fifth Street from the south line of I,ulberry Street to the north line of Walnut Street.
