Meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Jackson, the roll was called and Commissioners Jackson, Branson, Fern and Mitchell and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner Morgenstern absent. lvleeting was held for the purpose of acting on the apprais- ers reports or the curbing and guttering of: Custer Street from the south line of Crawford Avenue to the north line of Republic Avenue; Eleventh Street from the north line of Frost Street to the north line of Republic Avenue; and Phillips Street from the south line of Prescott Avenue to the north line of Charles Street. The appraisers report for the curbing and guttering of Custer Street from the south line of Crawford Avenue to the north line of Republic Avenue was taken up and read as follows: STA'T'E OF KANSAS ) ) 6S.
