RESOLUTION NUMBER 96-4994
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LICENSE
GREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND CTM, INC.
/b/a/ PETRO II ALLOWING PLACEMENT OF A COMMERCIAL SIGN WITH AN
VERHEAD ENCROACHMENT INTO THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY OF DIAMOND
RIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a license
reement between the City of Salina, Kansas and CTM, Inc. d/b/a/ PETRO 11
place a commercial sign with an overhead encroachment into the public
right-of-way of Diamond Drive.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 18th day of March, 1.996.
