Meeting was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners Morgenstern, Branson, Ferm, Jackson, and Mitchell and City Attorney Norris responded. Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on the appraisers reports for the curbing and guttering of: Connecticut Avenue from Iron Avenue to Johnstown Avenue; Kirwin Avenue from Ninth Street to Highland Avenue; Oakdale Avenue from Elm Street to a point 550 feet north of Elm Street; Philli-ps Street from Charles Street to Crawford Avenue; recurbing, reguttering and paving of: Eighth Street from Ash Street to Iron Avenue; Eighth Street from Iron Avenue to Vialnut Street; and for the paving of the unpaved portion of: Ninth Street from Jewell Avenue to Cloud Street. The appraisers report for the curbing and guttering of Oakdale Avenue from Elm Street to a point 550 feet north of Elm Street was taken up and read as follows: 6TA`TE OF KANSAS ) ) SS.
