COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING.
Regular meeting of the Board. of Commissioners September
28, 1936. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Peters:, the roll
was called and Commissioners Peters, Jackson, Mitchell and Surface
and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner Morgenstern absent.
The minutes of the Regular meeting of September 21, 1936,
were read and approved as read.
Application for taxicab drivers license received from:
Ernest A Phillips.
On motion of Commissioner Jackson same was approved by the
Board of Commissioners.
Application for taxicab license received from Roy Hurston,
d/bA Harlem Taxi Company. On motion of Commissioner Surface same
was approved by the Board of Commissioners. Motion adopted.
Mr. Cha s. E. Coffman appeared before the Board of Commis-
sioners and asked to have his taxicab license reinstated.
Commissioner Surface moved that insomuch as he requested the can-
cellation that same be reinstated from this date to January 1, 1937.
Motion adopted subject to filing of insurance policy.
On motion of Commissioner Surface the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
