Special meeting of the ]bard of Commissioners June 29,
1936. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Peters, the roll was
called and Commissioners Peters, Jackson, Mitchell and Morgenstern
and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner Surface absent.

Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on appraisers
reports for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers No. 172 and
173.
The appraisers report for the construction of Lateral
Sanitary Sewer Number 172 was taken up and read as follows:

We John Frederick, E. D. Martin and L. W. Carl, being
duly and severally sworn according to law each for himself, does
hereby solemnly swear that he is disinterested in any of the property
liable to special assessment for the cost of constructing Lateral

Sanitary Sewer No. 172 as more particularly described and provided i
for in Ordinance No. 4650 of the City of Salina, Kansas, and that each
of us will to the best of our judgment and ability make a true and
impartial appraisement of all the lots and pieces of ground abutting
on such street as above mentioned, without regard to the buildings or
improvements thereon, for the distance improved as set forth and
designated by the Board of Commissioners in the ordinance above men-
tioned. So help us God.

read. Motion adopted.
