AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
MARIETTA STREET IN LEAVENWORTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA,
SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That MARIETTA STREET in Leavenworth Addition to the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from the east line of Cherry Street to the
west line of the new channel of Dry Creek, adjacent to Lot 7, Block 1 and Block
10, Leavenworth Addition, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described street, which is vacated by this
ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with
K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
