ORDINANCE NUMBER 86-9130
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
THE 20' UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF LOT 14, BLOCK
7, FOX RUN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of the 20' utility easement located on the
east side of Lot 14, Block 7, Fox Run Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commending at the northeast corner of said Lot 14;
Thence N75°49'01 "W along the north line of said Lot 14 a
distance of 21.37 feet to the west line of the 20' utility
easement;
Thence along the west line of said easement in a
southwesterly direction on a curve to the left having a
radius of 1912.81 feet, an arc distance of 80.00 feet, said
curve having a long chord of 79.99 feet and a bearing of
S33129'34"W to the point of beginning;
Thence S5704114511E a distance of 5.00 feet;
Thence southwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius
of 1907.81 feet; an arc distance of 37.58 feet, said curve
having a long chord of 37.58 feet and a bearing of
S31 °46'02"W to the southerly line of said Lot 14;
Thence westerly on a curve to the right having a radius of
36.00 feet, an arc distance of 5.82 feet, said curve having a
long chord of 5.81 feet and a bearing of N89°26'51 "W;
Thence northeasterly on a curve to the right having a
radius of 1912.81 feet; an arc distance of 40.64 feet, said
curve having a long chord of 40.64' and a bearing of
N31143114"E back to the point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
