ORDINANCE NUMBER 85-9115
AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF SALINA, KANSAS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 84-9054.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in
the City of Salina, Kansas, have come to pass, SO NOW, THEREFORE,
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be and the same is hereby declared to be within the corporate limits defined as:
1. Beginning at the section corner common to Sections
Twenty-two (22), Twenty-three (23), Twenty-six
(26), Twenty-seven (27), Township Fourteen (14)
South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian;
2. Thence north on the east line of Section Twenty-two
(22) to a point one thousand nine hundred
ninety-five and one hundredths feet (1,995.0l')
south of the northeast corner of the Southeast
Quarter (SE4) of Section Twenty-two (22);
