ORDINANCE NUMBER 87-9190
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CENTURY PLAZA
DRIVE, BETWEEN MAGNOLIA ROAD AND SATURN AVENUE, EXTENDED, IN
MEADOWLARK ACRES ADDITION NUMBER 2 AND REPLAT OF MEADOWLARK
ACRES ADDITION NUMBER 3 IN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS; AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 85-9070.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That CENTURY PLAZA DRIVE, as shown on the recorded
plat of Meadowlark Acres Addition Number 2 and
the Replat
of Meadowlark Acres
Addition Number 3 in
the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas,
from
the north
line of Magnolia Road
to the south line of Saturn
Avenue,
extended,
which is
adjacent to Block 1,
Meadowlark Acres Addition
Number 2
and Lot 1,
Block 1,
Replat of Meadowlark
Acres Addition Number
3, be and
the same
is hereby
vacated.
Section 2. That the portion of the street hereby vacated located in
Block 1 , Meadowlark Acres Addition Number 2 shall revert to the owner of Block
1, Meadowlark Acres Addition Number 2 and the portion of the street hereby
vacated located on Lot 1 , Block 1, Replat of Meadowlark Acres Addition Number
3 shall revert to the owners of Lot 1 , Block 1 , Replat of Meadowlark Acres
Addition Number 3, in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
