ORDINANCE NUMBER 87-9174
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE NORTH
AND SOUTH ALLEY IN BLOCK 7, DEPOT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA,
SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That a sixteen foot north and south alley abutting Lots 11
through 34, inclusive, Block 7, Depot Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, from the north line of Bishop Street to the south line of the
east and west alley in said Block 7, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described alley, which is vacated by this
ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with
K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
