ORDINANCE NUMBER 86-9165
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN 14'
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF LOT 4, BLOCK 20, AND
. ON THE WEST SIDE OF LOT 8, BLOCK 21, REPLAT OF KEY ACRES ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the 14' utility easement located on the east side of
Lot -4, Block 20, and on the west side of Lot 8, Block 21, Replat of Key Acres
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and the same is
hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
