ORDINANCE NUMBER 86-9156
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 200
SOUTH SEVENTH STREET FOR HERITAGE CONSERVATION (HC) LANDMARK
DESIGNATION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the structure located on the following described real
estate, to wit:
Lots 1 and 2, School Park, Original Townsite
of the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
be and the same is hereby designated as a Heritage Conservation (HC)
Landmark.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publicaion once in the official city newspaper.
