ORDINANCE NUMBER 88-9290
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 238
SOUTH TENTH STREET FOR HERITAGE CONSERVATION (HC) LANDMARK
DESIGNATION.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the structure located on the following described real
estate, to wit:
Lot 6, Maple Grove Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas
(Commonly known as 238 South Tenth Street)
be and the same is hereby designated as Heritage Conservation (HC) Landmark.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
