ORDINANCE NUMBER 88-9256
Section 1. That the East three (3) feet of the twenty (20) foot utility
easement located between Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Six (6), Twin Oaks
Subdivision of the City of Salina, Saline County, be and the same is hereby
vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of the utility easement
which is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owner
in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
