ORDINANCE NUMBER 88-9253
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 211
WEST IRON FOR HERITAGE CONSERVATION (HC) LANDMARK DESIGNATION.
(Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the structure located on the following described real
testate, to wit:
Lots One Hundred Nine (109), One Hundred Eleven (111);
One Hundred Thirteen (113), One hundred Fifteen (115)
plus vacated alley, Eighth Street and the West Twenty-five
feet (25') of Lots One Hundred Ten (110), One Hundred
Twelve (112), One Hundred Fourteen (114) on Seventh
Street, Original Townsite of the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas.
(Commonly known as 211 West Iron Avenue)
be and the same is hereby designated as Heritage Conservation (HC) Landmark.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
