ORDINANCE NUMBER 88-9249
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 6-19, 6-131, 25-161, 25-162,
25-163, 25-164, 25-165, and 25-166 OF THE SALINA CODE, ALL RELATED TO
THE PROHIBITION OF OBSCENITY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1 . That Salina Code Sections 6-19, 6-131, 25-161, 25-162,
25-163, 25-164, 25-165, and 25-166 are hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
