ORDINANCE NUMBER 87-9226
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 211
WEST PRESCOTT FOR HERITAGE CONSERVATION (HC) LANDMARK
DESIGNATION.
IBE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the structure located on the following described real
estate, to wit:
The West 104 feet of Lots Two (2) and Four (4); The West
105 feet of the North 25 feet of Lot 6 and West 21 feet of
the South 75 feet of Lot 6, Highland Avenue, and the East
21 feet of Lots 1 and 3, 9th Street, Prescott Addition.
(commonly known as 211 West Prescott Avenue)
11 be and the same is hereby designated as Heritage Conservation (HC) Landmark.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
