ORDINANCE NUMBER 87-9225
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE
NUMBER 8526, THE SAME BEING CHAPTER 42 OF THE SALINA CODE, AND THE
ZONING DISTRICT MAP THEREIN AND THEREBY ADOPTED AND PROVIDING
FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN COUNTRYSIDE ADDITION
FROM P.D.D. TO R-1, PRESCRIBING THE PROPER USES THEREOF, AND
REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 82-8947 and 86-9141.
WHEREAS, the conditions in said ordinances have not been complied
with, SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section I. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT R-1. SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina,
Kansas, duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 8526, the
same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code, as amended by Ordinance Numbers
82-8947 and 86-9141, be and the same is hereby further amended so that the
following described property be rezoned as follows, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 3, and Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, and the East 64' of Lots 2 and 7,
Block 4, Countryside Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
shall be rezoned so as to
become a
part of District R-1.
SINGLE
FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
That the
use of said described
property
shall be
subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided
for in Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code,
with reference to SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
