ORDINANCE NUMBER 87-9224
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A TEN (10)
FOOT PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY EASEMENT LOCATED IN BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17),
SUNSET MANOR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That a ten (10) foot pedestrian walkway easement located
between Lots Seven (7) , Eight (8) , Twenty (20) and Twenty-one (21) , Block
Seventeen (17) , Sunset Manor Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described pedestrian walkway, which is
vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in
accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section
3.
This ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption
and
publication once
in the official city newspaper.
