ORDINANCE NUMBER 87-9215
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE 20' UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED BETWEEN LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK 22, BELMONT
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the 20' utility easement located between Lots 10 and
11, Block 22, Belmont Addition Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
