AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF PORTIONS OF
PUBLIC STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY IN EASTRIDGE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
IBE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That public street right-of-way in Eastridge Addition to
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
Tract 1. A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter
of Northwest Quarter (SWJNWJ) of Section Twenty (20) ,
Township Fourteen South, Range Two (2) West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section Twenty
(20);
Thence south along the west line of said Section Twenty
(20) , on an assumed bearing of 500001W a distance of 1943.12
feet;

corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Eastridge Addition and the Point
of Beginning;

Thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 50.00 feet,
an arc distance of 85.37 feet; said curve having a long
chord of 75.37 feet and a bearing of S214513511W;
Thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 181.84
feet; an arc distance of 56.71 feet, said curve having a long
chord of 56.48 feet and a bearing of S79101'25"IAS;
Thence NO°07'E a distance of 30.27 feet;
Thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 151.84
feet, an arc distance of 10.01 feet, said curve having a long

be and the same is hereby vacated, provided however that the City reserves the
right to construct, repair and maintain utility lines in said streets.
Section 2. That the above described portions of public streets, which
are vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in
accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
