ORDINANCE NUMBER 90-9375
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE
NUMBER 8526, THE SAME BEING CHAPTER 42 OF THE SALINA CODE, AND THE
ZONING DISTRICT MAP THEREIN AND THEREBY ADOPTED AND PROVIDING
FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND
PRESCRIBING THE PROPER USES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning
District Map, the rezoning of certain property therein, hereinafter described has
been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE,
ORDAINED
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "C-711. HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, duly
adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 8526, the same being
Chapter 42 of the Salina Code, be and it is hereby amended so that the following
described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block One (1) Hocking Addition
Number One (1) .
Lot One (1), Block One (1); Lot One (1), Block Two (2),
Hocking Addition Number Two (2).
Lots One (1) through Twelve
Westport Exchange Addition.
Lots One (1) through Twelve (12) , Block One (1) , Westport

A tract of land located in the West half of the Southwest
Quarter (WjSWf) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township
Thirteen (13) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian in the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the north line of said
Southwest Quarter (SWC) and three hundred
thirty-three and three tenths feet (333.3') east of the
northwest corner thereof;

Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, lying North of
the center of the channel of Mulberry Creek, East of land
conveyed to the State of Kansas for highway purposes, and
south of land condemned by the State of Kansas for highway
purposes in Case No. 22991 in the District Court of Saline
County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows;
Commencing at the northwest corner of the West half of
the Southwest Quarter (WISWU of said Section

City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, which is more
particularly described as follows:
A tract beginning one thousand two hundred three and
nine tenths feet (1,203.91) North and thence two
hundred twenty-five and one tenth feet (225.1') West of
the southeast corner of said quarter section;

and nine tenths feet (174.9') ;
