ORDINANCE NUMBER 90-9372
AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENTS IN BLOCK
4, REPLAT OF SCHIPPEL ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section
1.
That the certain ten (10)
foot
utility easement on
the
south
side of Lot One
(1)
and the West seventy-one
(71)
feet of Lot Nine
(9),
Block
Four (4), Replat of Schippel Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
(Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the certain ten (10) foot utility easement on the north
side of the West one hundred sixty-four (164) feet of Lot Eleven (11), Block
Four (4) , Replat of Schippel Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section 3. That the East two (2) feet of the ten (10) foot utility
easement on the west side of Lot One (1), Block Four (4), Replat of Schippel
I Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
