ORDINANCE NUMBER 90-9370
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE WEST
FIFTEEN FEET (15') OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY, ADJACENT TO LOTS 94, 96,
98, 100, 102, 104, 106 AND 108 ON THIRD STREET, ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1 . That the West fifteen feet (15') of street right-of-way,
adjacent to Lots Ninety-four (94) , Ninety-six (96) , Ninety-eight (98) , One
Hundred (100), One Hundred Two (102), One Hundred Four (104), One Hundred
Six (106) , and One Hundred Eight (108) , Third Street, Original Townsite of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of street right-of-way on
Third Street which is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent
property owners in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
