ORDINANCE NUMBER 89-9364
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS, IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 12-519
to 12-526, INCLUSIVE, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 88-9295.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the following land, to -wit:
Airport Industrial Center Subdivision of the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas
meeting one or more of the classifications for annexation prescribed by K.S.A.
12-519 to 12-526, inclusive, is hereby annexed and made a part of the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That all property described in Section 1 hereof shall be
classed as lying in District "1-3" HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
Section 3. That Ordinance Number 88-9295 is hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
