ORDINANCE NUMBER 89-9362
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27-16.1 OF THE SALINA CODE
REGARDING PARK REGULATIONS AND IDENTIFYING THE HOURS DURING
WHICH CERTAIN CITY PARKS SHALL BE CLOSED; AND REPEALING THE
EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the city of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 27-16.1 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 27-16.1. Closing hours of certain parks.
Oakdale, Lakewood, Jerry Ivey, Indian Rock, and
Kenwood (west of Kenwood Drive, area of locomotive only)
Parks within the City shall be closed to the general public
between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m., except
for those activities as specified in subsections 27-16(b) and
(c), for a period commencing upon publication of this
ordinance and ending September 3, 1990."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
