ORDINANCE NUMBER 89-9355
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 153 -
163 SOUTH SANTA FE AVENUE FOR HERITAGE CONSERVATION (HC)
LANDMARK DESIGNATION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
.Kansas:
Section 1. That the structure located on the following described real
estate to wit:
East Eighty (80) feet of the South half of Lot One Hundred
Thirty-three (133) , all of Lots One Hundred Thirty-five
(135) and One Hundred Thirty-seven (137), Santa Fe
Avenue, Original Townsite of the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas.
Commonly known as 153 - 163 South Santa Fe Avenue.
be and the same is hereby designated as Heritage Conservation (HC) Landmark.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
