89-9349 Budget Amendment5 f� (Published in The Salina Journal October ?7, 1989) ORDINANCE NUMBER 89-9349 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF SALINA FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1989 BY AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 88-9276 IN ACCORDANCE WITH K.S.A. 79-2929a. Kansas: BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Section 1. That in accordance with K.S.A. 2929a and following notice of hearing and public hearing, Section 2 of Ordinance Number 88-9276 is hereby amended to reflect expenditures from the Recreation Fund in the amount of $781,233, as follows: "Section 2. That the Board of Commissioners certifies that the amounts shown to be raised by ad valorem property tax levies are within statutory or duly adopted charter ordinance limitations.
