ORDINANCE NUMBER 89-9300
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
DRY CREEK DRAINAGE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. There is hereby vacated a portion of Dry Creek drainage
right-of-way described as follows:
A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter (NWINEU of Section Eleven (11), Township Fourteen
(14) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, said tract being a part
of Dry Creek Drainage Right-of-way and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot One (1), Block One
(1), Hixson-Lehenbauer Subdivision P.D.D., Saline County,
Kansas;
Thence along the East line of said Lot One being the West
line of said Dry Creek drainage right-of-way, on an assumed
bearing of South eight degrees ten minutes fifty seconds
West (S0801015011W) a distance of 122.73 feet to a point on
said lot line that is approximately one foot (1') outside of an
existing building;
Thence continuing approximately one foot (1') outside said
building the following courses:
South eighty-nine degrees fifty-one minutes fifty
seconds East (S89051150"E) a distance of 37.84 feet;
North zero degrees eight minutes ten seconds East
(N0000811011E) a distance of 50.00 feet;
South eighty-nine degrees fifty-one minutes fifty
seconds East (S89151'50"E) a distance of 20.00 feet;
North zero degrees eight minutes ten seconds East
(N0000811011E) a distance of 71.64 feet to a point on the
North line if said Lot One extended East;
Thence South eighty-nine degrees fifty-eight minutes
thirty seconds West (S89058'30"W), along said extended
North line a distance of 40.67 feet back to the point of
beginning.
