AUGUST 25th, 1924.
Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners,
August 25th, 1924. Meeting was called to order by
31ayor Hargett, the roll was called and Commission-
ers Hargett, Dyar and Chambers and City Attorney
Norris responded.
The minutes of the-Iegular Ile e t ing of August
18th, 1924 were read and approved as read.
An ordinance vias introduced for second read-
ing entitled: "An ordinance relating to the con-
struction, erection and maintenance of signs in the
City of Salina, Kansas, the issuing of permits
therefor, defining certain nuisances, providing
penalties for the violation of this ordinance, and
repealing all ordipanees or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith.
On motion of Commissioner Dyar the ordinance
was read and adopted by sections and on its final
adoption the roll was called and the following
vote was had; eyes: Hargett, Dyar and Chambers
(3) Nays: (0) The Payor approved the same and
is numbered 3021.
On motion of Commissioner Chambers, Board
of Commissioners adjourned.
