JULY 14th, 1924.
Regular Meeting of the Board of Com-2issioners July 14th,
1924. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Hargett the roll
was called and Commissioners Hargett, Dyar and Chambers and —
City Attorney Norris responded.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 7th, 1924
were read and approved as read.
An Ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance
making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim."
On motion of Commissioner chambers the ordinance was
read and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the
roll was called and the following vote was had; ayes: Hargett,
Dyar and Chambers (3) Nays: (0) The Mayor approved the
same and is numbered 3012.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance
making an appropriation for the purchase of time certificates
of deposit from the Sinking Fund of the City of Salina,
Kansas."
On motion of Commissioner Dyar the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll
was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Hargett,
Dyar and Chambers (3) Nays: (0) The 11a.yor appro ved the
same and is numbered 3013.
On motion of Commissioner Chambers, Board of Commission-
ers adjourned.
